About the Position
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager. You will own monthly content calendars for three to five clients, write captions in English and Kinyarwanda (French is a bonus), manage comments and messages, and report on what worked.
1 to 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Build monthly calendars with the design team
Write captions and short copy that sound like each brand
Reply to comments and messages within one working day
Prepare simple monthly performance reports
Profile
Hard Skills:
Meta Business Suite and TikTok
Excellent written English and Kinyarwanda
Basic Canva or Figma
Understanding of paid social
Soft Skills:
Calm under pressure
